Granola Mix
It was developed as a health food by doctors working at sanatoriums in Switzerland. The recipe was later used and marketed as Granula by Dr James Jackson in New York State at the Jackson Sanatorium in 1863. Later Dr John Harvey Kellogg copied the recipe (with one modification) and called it Granola.
Dispense in a bowl and serve with hot or cold milk. Or you can pour in hot water to soften the grains and you will retain the natural flavours of the food.
