Usage

The particle size is from 2 to 5mm. It has no flowing agent.

Medicinal Powers?

It is high in essential minerals and trace elements, but these are common in other foods also.

Salt is essential for life but too much salt can increase blood pressure. Use in moderation.

Fun Facts

Himalayan Pink salt was discovered by Alexander the Greats horses. As his army stopped and camped, they noticed the horses licking the rocks. On examination, they found them to be salty.

Today miners dig more than 1000 meters below ground level at the base of the Himalayan mountains to mine the salt.
