Paprika Spanish Style 500g
|Ground Capsicum. The Spanish style is reddish brown colour.
Paprika adds colour and flavour to savoury dishes. Use with rice dishes, stews including "Goulash" and in soups. It is delicious in mayonnaise to eat seafood, or to spice pork and chicken.
It is very high in Vitamin C. Also high in antioxidants.
The milder the red colour, the stronger the flavour.
In 1492, Columbus brought back for the first time, hot and sweet chillies. Spanish were the first to transform Chilli into a powder named "pimenton".
Spanish paprika fruits tend to be smaller and darker in colour.
