Hemp Seeds
Usage
Hemp seeds are a great addition to breakfast foods such as muesli. They are also used as a sprinkle or a garnish on salads and used in baking bread, granola bars and cookies.
Perfect to make pesto's.
They are easy to digest and do not require soaking, grinding or crushing.
