Usage

Cook in flavoured stock. Traditionally served with meat and vegetables.

Couscous can be eaten as a dessert. It is prepared with butter, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, nuts and topped off with cream or ice cream.

One chef advised me to soak Couscous in orange juice.
