50g Culpepers’ Chocolate Mousse powder with 100 ml water will make one serve. For a richer mousse use chilled pouring cream or milk.
Mix at a slow speed in a bowl for 1 minute. Scrap and mix at a high speed for 2 minutes. Fill into dessert dishes and chill at 4C for at least 2 hours.
