• Our Almond meal is made from Blanched almonds as this avoids the tiny bits of almond skin in the meal so it is okay to call it Almond Flour.

• The origin of the term "Meal" in almond meal comes from the Latin molere meaning "to grind"

• Making Almond Milk is best done with Blanched almonds that have been soaked, ground then mixed with water and sieved.
